Accidentally changed your ringer mode while pressing the volume buttons?
Ringer Mode Lock prevents unintended changes between Normal, Vibrate, and Silent modes caused by volume button presses.
Keep your selected ringer mode, and switch modes when you need to using the notification or home screen shortcuts.
This app locks the ringer mode, not the volume level.
■ KEY FEATURES
- Prevent accidental ringer mode changes
Stop volume button presses from unintentionally turning off Vibrate mode or changing to another ringer mode.
- Switch modes from the notification
Change between Normal, Vibrate, and Silent from the notification shade.
- Add home screen shortcuts
Create a shortcut for each mode and change modes directly from your home screen.
- Apply volume settings when switching modes
Change media, ringtone, and alarm volume together when you switch modes. Normal and Vibrate modes use the volume levels you configure in the app.
■ HOW EACH MODE WORKS
Normal
- Ringer: Sound on
- Media, ringtone, and alarm volume: Your configured levels
Vibrate
- Ringer: Vibration only
- Media and alarm volume: Your configured levels
Silent
- Ringer: No sound or vibration
- Media and alarm volume: Muted
■ USEFUL IF YOU WANT TO
